Can I get a replacement remote control?
If you lose your remote or it just stops working all of a sudden, you can call our professional team and get a replacement one. Do I really need a professional technician to install my door?
The answer is always YES! Garage doors are complex pieces of machinery and are comprised out of a lot of moving parts. Some of these parts, like the springs, are wound extremely tight, which means they are under a lot of tension. Improperly installing a garage door can result in property damage or physical injury. Always have your garage door installed by one of our trained technicians.
Why does my garage door refuses to close?
Your door's photo-eye sensors may have gotten misaligned. If this is the case, the sensors could be falsely detecting an obstacle that's blocking the door's path, and your opener goes into reverse. A simple realignment will most likely solve the problem. Be sure to contact our expert technicians, as these components are very delicate and you wouldn't want to accidentally damage them by trying to realign them yourself.
